Obituary:
Mrs. Elease Virginia Reames Parrish, of Franklin, Tennessee passed away at the Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee on Sunday, December 13, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Marcella Forsythe and James Willie Reames. Mrs. Parrish was 81 years of age and taught Home Economics at Natchez High School and Franklin High School in Franklin, Tennessee until she retired.

Her husband, Edward J. Parrish, Sr. preceded her in death in 2006 and her survivors include children, Don Nita (Robert Preston) Scales, Ed Wanda Adams and Edward J. Parrish, Jr.; grandchildren, La Vieta Scales, Felicia Scales and Alexandria Adams and many other relatives and friends.
