Mrs. Dorothy Ann Vaughter, age 71, of Murfreesboro, TN died on Friday, July 31, 2009 at St. Thomas Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She is survived by her husband, George E. Vaughter; daughter, Melissa Ann Vaughter of Las Vegas, NV; sons, Tommy H. Vaughter of Murfreesboro, TN and George Vaughter, Jr. of Wildomar, CA; parents, Elizabeth Rucker Maney and Tom Maney; brothers, Joe Maney of Gallatin, TN, James Maney of Madison, TN, Sam Maney of Smyrna, TN

She was educated in the Rutherford County School System and worked at the Samsonite Manufacturing Company until she retired.
